Dear Parents,
Process with regards to the admission of NURSERY (SEATS 70) and L.K.G. (SEATS 70) would be as follows:-
1. The registration and payment of registration fees will be done online only.
2. Visit our school website-www.stclaresschool.edu.in
3. Click the link NURSERY & L.K.G. Registration pop up tab.
4. Fill the form correctly leaving no column blank.
5. Upload the photograph of the child taken along with parents.
6. Submit the form online and then take a print out on A4 size paper.
7. The print out copy with the following documents will be submitted at the office during school hours, within 2 working days of filling of the online form:
a) Photocopy of Birth Certificate from Nagar Mahapalika, registered at the time of Birth.
b) Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from the Hospital / Nursing Home.
c) Address proof (Photocopy of any one of these : Aadhaar Card, Passport, Electricity Bill, Driving License, Voter ID of the parent)
d) Latest photograph of the child along with parents (to be affixed on Form).
e) Photocopy of Payment receipt of online registration. (Photocopy of Baptism Certificate, if Christian.)
8. When you submit the documents, please do collect the prospectus and acknowledgement card from the counter.
9. The online process shall be open from 8:30 am on 28th Oct. till 3rd Nov. The process will be only for classes NURSERY & L.K.G.
